What to look for when researching us:

1. We are an Authorized retailer of every designer manufacturer we carry; click for proof. Go to the designer’s web site and search for Illinois. Then put in our zip code 62035. You will see that we come up as Carole Frew’s Bridal or BestBridalPrices.com. Check the address and phone number.
   
   
2. We are part of the Online Better Business Bureau with an A+ rating. We ask that you look at our competitors and see if they are a part of the BBB. To be a part of the BBB means that we address all problems that may come up & solve them as quickly as possible.
   
   
3. We have been selling Wedding Dresses & Bridesmaid Dresses For over 31 years!! Our Brick and Mortar Store is named Carole Frew’s Bridal
   
   
4. We have an online Forum. Check any of our competitors and see if they have a public forum. WE HIDE BEHIND NOTHING.
   
   
5. We have over 39,000 products listed online. We do not make up numbers to look better.
   
   
6. We have Live Customer Service representatives. We also have dedicated staff to respond to e-mail inquiries. Quality customer service is very important to us. We’re here to help!
   
   
7. We do not hold orders when you place them. When you place an order with us we immediately place it with the designer/manufacturer.
   
   
8. We are safe and secure. We have the safe and secure lock that you will see in the bottom right corner of your browser when checking out. Our Certificate is with Geo Trust which is part of VeriSign.
   
   
9. We do not sell or give out any of your personal information, not even e-mails. Your privacy is important to us

What to look for when researching others:

1. Google our name and our competitors names and look for things like “Rip off Report” or “Bad Business Practice” etc… See what others have to say about all of us.
   
   
2. Search for our competitors to see if they are part of the Better Business Bureau and see what others have to say about them. Make sure that the BBB symbol is actually clickable and it goes into the BBB. If they are not part of the BBB or the symbol is not clickable then that is probably not a good sign.
   
   
3. We place your order right up front. Check with others to see if they actually place your order immediately. Check to see if they will hold your order for a week or so, to add to future orders, before placement. Our goal is to ship your product to you as fast as possible, not to hold your order for personal financial reasons.
   
   
4. Are their products built correctly on their web site? We have a staff of web designers that build our products to perfection. We want to make sure you are getting exactly what you want (Colors, Sizes, Trim Colors etc…)
   
   
5. If a price is extremely low it’s probably too good to be true. There have been numerous web sites popping up that have extremely low prices. (Example: Maggie Sottero Capri from us is $738. Other web sites may have the same picture and claim it is the same dress for $199.) Don’t be fooled. These are imitation dresses. Don’t get “burned”.

We have an excellent relationship with all of our designers. We follow all rules and regulations set forward by each designer. We would love to gain your trust and business, but more importantly we would like to make sure your wedding or event is perfect.
