Also, how much does shipping cost to Ireland and how long does it take.

D586 is $849. Shipping will be about $130. For the veil and shoes you can choose whatever you would like off the site. You have $120 to work with on the veil and $50 on the shoes.

I do not think you can convert sizes that easily. Perhaps it can be done with shoes, but I am sure it can not be done with dresses.

To get the correct dress size, you will need to have the measurements
( http://www.bestbridalprices.com/measure.php ) taken in inches and then insert them into the size chart located on the same web page as the dress.
