How long would it take to ship 2 Mori lee style 370 dresses to Ireland? Also how do I know what sizes to order (how do you measure correctly for US sizes?

Mori Lee is shipping to us 4/25. You would have them about 2 weeks after that day. Cost would be around $140. To measure you need a cloth measuring tape in inches. Bust(fullest part of the bust), Waist(natural waist smallest part of the waist, about an inch above the belly button) and Hip (Fullest part of the Hip area).
