View Full Version : Ordering via e-mail. Please, respond!!!

Hello,

I've e-mailed you (sales@bestbridalprices.com) a few times and never got a reply. In the section "How to order" you write that an order can be placed via e-mail, but how can it be possible, if you never respond? I find very inconvenient to place an order via phone, but if it's the only option, the let me know. (I am planning to by Sottero and Midgley VSM7046 wedding dress)

Sorry about that. It's just really busy right now. We get about 1000 emails a day so we are a few days behind. I will have someone look for your order and get things going :)

Got it. If your wedding is Aug 7th you may want to upgrade to the rush cut. Maggie is shipping to us 7/13 and you would not have the gown for 2 weeks after that date. The rush is $100 extra but it will cut 2 weeks off that date. Let me know.

Yes, can you send an email stating that. The rush is shipping to us 6/26. You will have it about 2 weeks after that date.

Yes you will. It normally takes up to 48 hours to recieve at this time of the year. We will take care of you :)

Hello, I feel like I am becoming very annoying at this point, but I really worrying about my order. :oops: Was it already processed or do you still need my confirmation? The girl from your company called me on Friday and told me that she will send me an invoice to confirm, but I didn't get anything as of now.. :( Thank you :roll:

It's ok. They replied me the same day I wrote the previous topic. The dress was in stock, so they said that I don't even have to pay for the rush cut. (they credited $100 back to my account). The only thing that I don't quite understand is why I didn't receive any kind of invoice with order number, items ordered, prices, etc.. like the other on-line stores will send to you when you order something from them. :roll:

If you place your order right online you receive an instant e-amil. If it is placed over the phone we have to manually sendd your confirmation.

Oh, I see. Mine was placed via e-mail, so I think it doesn't really count as an online order. :roll: In any case, I just meant that I don't have an order# to refer to :P

Here is what I've got from you:

"I ordered your dress today and Maggie Sottero had the dress in stock,
they will ship to us around 3/28/08, you will receive your order 2
weeks after your veil arrives which is around 5/30/08. I refunded
your $100.00 for the Rush Cut.
If you have any questions, please call us"
