shipping & sizing questions

Hi,
I'll be ordering 4 bridesmaid dresses... all Mori Lee Dress 438. I'm getting married on Oct 11/08 and I want to get these ordered by the end of the week. I'll need them shipped to New Brunswick, Canada... do you know approx. when I will receive them and what the shipping cost will be??
Also, I have the measurements for 2 girls (still waiting on the other 2). First one is Bust 37.5 waist 30 and hips 43.5, so I would think for her that I need size 14. The second is 37 bust, 31 waist, and 40 hips so should I order her a size 12? Please help me with the sizes... I really need to make sure these fit right.

I forgot to ask what the shipping time would be for these dresses to a US address. I know someone who lives in Maine and if it will be cheaper and faster I can have them shipped there and just go pick them up. If I ordered on May 30 what would be the expected arrival date be?? Thanks

You would have the dresses by 8/28. Shipping will be around $40 total. I would go with a 12 for the first girl and 14 for the second. What do you think?

Thanks, but are the shipping date and cost that you gave me for Canada or the US?... I was asking about both scenario's.

bust - 32
waist - 25.5
hips - 33.5
AND
bust - 35
waist - 28.5
hips - 36.5
what sizes should I order for them... I'm thinking size 6 and 10.
