The only places I can think of are hotels, gardes and possibly a few mansions. A twist on this is a lake-side thing. Good luck! Finding the perfect place is almost as hard as finding the perfect dress!

I went to a poolside reception in Ibiza last year and after half an hour the majority of guests were in the pool-fully clothed!! Take your swimmers with you!!!
A big hotel would be good-you could have your wedding inside and your reception outside with the option to go under cover if the weather turns.

I just went to a poolside reception in Las Vegas three weeks ago. It was held at night by the Green Valley Ranch pool. It went over very well. It was a formal affair (no swimming). The cool thing was that they had some really good entertainers. There was a Raggae band and there was a truly mind blowing close-up magician perfoming table to table. The magician was so good that I am going to hire him for my wedding reception in a few months. His business card mentions a website (leedillingham.com). I have not visted the site. Good luck on your wedding. :D

Try looking into vacation home rentals in your area or the area you would like to wed. You get a vacation out of it and a beautiful place to marry. This is what I have decided to do and some of the houses I have been looking at are amazing and many have pools and hottubs!!!!

Whatever flower you are using for your wedding flowers, you should float in the pool with candles. I think that would look beautiful.
