Hi There,

If I order a wedding dress and figure it out I don't like that style anymore and want to exchange to different style. How do I do it?. Also, if I exchange, do I have to pay 50% restocking fees.

Correct. Since the manufacturers will not accept anything back you would lose 50%. You have to keep in mind these are special ordered dresses. They are oprdered for you. They don't carry these dresses in stock for the most part. It's very hard for us to be able to sell back a gown ordered in a specific color and size considering there are 1000's of gowns to choose from. :)
