Greetings from a confused bride to be!

I absolutely fell in love with gowns #D537 and D525 of Essense of Australia. However when I visited their website, they warned against buying one of their gowns online, in fear of it not being authentic. I noticed there was another entry about the Maggie Sottero gowns, and the answer was that the bride would be receiving a certificate; how can I know for sure the essense of australia gown I order is authentic?

Any brides out there who ordered an EOA gown??
Thank you!!

I hope someone that has purchased one from us chimes in. All I can say is I guarantee that these gowns are 100% authentic. I will even go so far as to scan in an invoice from Essense and e-mail it to you. We are a part of the Online Better Business bureau and let me tell you that it is not easy to get those certificates. You have to be an ethical business with a good track record. If there is any information or guarantee that anyone would like in writing we will do it. We are not hiding behind anything. I hope this helps. We understand how important these gowns are to you.

I really appreciate your prompt reply,

You're right, it's a bit nerve-wracking to purchase a gown online, especially if you can't see how it looks on you, reason why I'm first trying it on at a boutique. I'm almost positive that they won't have a better price than yours!

Catherine

By the way, I e-mailed the site requesting for prices on those two gowns about three days ago, but haven't received a reply as of yet. Are there problems with the e-mail? Thanks again.

no problem but this is one of the busiest months. We get around 500 e-mails a day. Just takes us a little while to get back at this point. Can you re send it again or just post it up here and I will give you the prices.

Of course I can imagine the workload...

If possible, can I get the prices for styles: D537, D525 and D447.

Thank you in advance!

That dress is from Essense Ella line. We did not pick up that part of Essense so we can't get it for you. If we get a lot of calls on it though we will pick up that portion. Sorry.

I have essense gown D348 (but with the diamante instead of the crystal beading) and its beautiful! I bought it as an ex sample from my local bridal store as it was reduced from £1060 to just £500 and I have no qualms about it being genuine. The feel of the fabric and the detail on the gown is stunning-perfect! You'll know for sure if its genuine.
Just check the company you wish to order from have a refunds guarrantee in place. If not, chances are they're dodgy!

I was wondering in I could get a price for three EOA dresses.... Style#115,in white silk. Style#101, in white silk.. and D389. I love all three of these dresses so I guess it'll have to come down to which one I can afford. So if anyone can help me I'd appreciate it.

I am gutted to hear that you do not stock Essense dresses from the Ella line, I have fallen in love with Dress: 5157. Although you don't currently stock it, as it is a new design I was hoping you might stock it later in the year. I am not getting married till March 08 so I had time to wait and see. But I have just read that you do not stock dresses from the Ella Line, and dress 5157 is part of this line of dresses. Please let me know if you change your mind about stocking this dress, I have to have it!

We would love to carry the Ella line but Essense will not sell us that part of the line. It's their decision. A lot of these lines will not sell us certain parts so you are forced to go into the stores and pay higher prices. It sucks but there is nothing we can do about it. I'm sorry.

I'm looking for an Essence of Australia dress that I can't find on your website. Its style number D613, do you stock it? And could you please give me the price?

Thank you
