I started planning my wedding 3 months ago we are geting married in grand cayman while we are on a cruise.I got a family friend to make me a dress and is turned out horrible. .I just found out 2 days ago when she called me to let me know it was ready.It cannot be fixed i been lookin everywhere for a dress.Because of my size it has been impossilble for me to find one in my $400 budget that want have to be ordered I am 5"3 and my size is 18.I don't know what to do.
