Hi,

I was wondering if anyone can tell me how the sizes in the US differ from those in the UK. I now I must have my measurements taken, but I'm not sure whether that will be used as sent or if it gets altered.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

yes they are. Have your measurments taken in inches. Then call us. We will help you pick the correct size.
