I WENT TO A LOCAL STORE A TRIED THE DRESS I LOVE. NOW I FOUND IT ONLINE FOR MUCH CHEAPER. i ONLY QUESTION IF IT IS SAFE TO BUY IT ONLINE WHAT IF IT IS DAMAGED AMD THEN HAVE TO WAIT ANOTHER FEW WEEKS TO GET A GOOD DRESS OR ONE THAT IS NOT DAMAGED. I ALSO SEE THAT THESE SITES IN THERE RETURN POLICY THAT THERE IS A CHARGE OR 50% AND ALL THESES OTHER FEES.
SO MY QUESTION IS IF ANYONE HAS AN EXPERINCE OF PURCHASING IT ONLINE HOW DID IT WORK OUT, OR IF THERE IS A REASON I SHOULD OR SHOULD NOT. I REALLY NEED TO SAVE THE MONEY BUT I AM SCARED THAT IT MIGHT TURN INTO SOMETHING TO GOOD TO BE TRUE.
PLEASE HELP ME DECIDED..

I will guarantee you will get exactly what you want in perfect condition. All the dresses we sell come directly from the manufacturer. The 50% fee is only if you order the wrong size or you just don't like the dress. We will go over the sizing with you so that you won't get the wrong size. It is up to you to make sure you get the correct measurements taken though. If it is damaged we would either refund your money 100% or get you a replacement as fast as possible. We have not had any damaged gowns. We only use UPS and they are very good. Every package is insured. It is not too good to be true. We sell hundreds of dresses every week to many satisfied customers. We are here for you and will make everything as easy as possible. We are a part of the Online BetterBusinessBureau. To get this certification you have to be very ethical and obied by their very strict rules. If you have any questions, please give me a call at (877)274-3321 M-Th 11-7 Fri 11-6 or Sat 10-5.

Hi there
I was considering ordering online as well, as the price is really worth considering. I am doing this for the first time and I have the same dilemma/worries as you do. I think if you can save over 150$, its worth it, if the difference is less than that then go for the salon.
I have heard unsatisfied customers from bridal salons as well. Almost all of the styles I liked so far in catalogues/ magazines have never been available in the bridal store and they say they would order it for me directly, which means I would hope to look good in it when it came into the store.
The way I see it is if they're going to order it or the online site does it that can save you some, I would go with the online site. I personally am on a budget, so to get the designer that I love maybe worth a shot. Just make sure you check if the site is reputable or not. Heard some bad stuff about House of Brides.com, some of them you need to avoid. But its good to ask around if you need to before taking the plunge!!

I was very skeptical about ordering a dress online until reading this. I did look at the better business website and saw that they were in good standing. makes me feel a whole lot better. I am actually going to save over $400 on my dress by ordering it online. I don't think that all sites can be trusted, but I did some research on this one. I haven't placed my order yet, but I think I am finally ready and feel comfortable doing so.
