I have a few questions about Mon Cheri style# TV17241, a Spring 2007 dress. I am totally set on this dress for my July 2007 wedding. I am debating whether to buy it online from a Bridal Salon. :?

The problem is that I believe that I should try the dress on before purchasing it anywhere. My question is: when is the dress available for shipment? A bridal store that I spoke with told me that this dress isn't available to be shipped to them until Feb. 24th. This would give me little time to try it on in the store before purchasing it. How long is the shipping time?

Another question, does this dress bustle? What is the dress length (hallow to hem)? I'm 5'10" and I will be wearing 3 inch heels. Do you add length to the dress for a fee?

My last question is about the color Oyster that this tiara satin dress is shown in. All of the tiara satin dresses on the website are shown in Oyster. Is this because Oyster is prefered over Ivory or White in this fabric? Where can I get a sample swatch of this fabric so that if I decide to order the dress from your website, I will know exactly what this oyster color looks like against my skin? I'm worried about the color because the rest of my wedding party could not wear white or ivory if I choose to wear Oyster.

Thanks for your time. I hope that you can help me with my concerns.

Hi there
Not sure if you have had a response but I would say the best thing to do is to ring around a few wedding stores and find out who stocks the dress and then make an appointment to try it on. Then you can order online if necessary - don't feel obliged to buy there and then.

I tried on a Mori Lee in Pronuptia in the UK and have decided on the dress and bought it. Then I saw in on BestBridalPrices.com for under half the price!!! Unbelievable. However, if I was in the US this would have been worthwhile ordering online. I paid £750 and the same dress online is the equivalent of £350.

Any questions let me know as i have researched the dress subject fully.
Good luck to all.
