Bridesmaid dresses and sizing, Help!!!!!!!

Hi,
Im hoping someone can help me. I have decided on the bridemaid dresses that i would like to order.

I would need 3 of the following,

Designer : Mori Lee Bridesmaid Dress
Style : 392

Below are the measurements of my bridesmaids in inches
Chest 35"
Waist 29 1/2"
Hips 34 1/2"

Chest 33"
Waist 28"
Hips 36"

Chest 33 1/2"
Waist 27 1/2"
Hips 39"

I am concerned about ordering the correct sizes as i am from the UK and not sure what size dresses to order as i know American sizing is different. Can you help?

My second question is can you give me a total of how much it will cost for the three dresses including postage to the UK? How do i pay and order being based overseas?

I would do 12 for the first girl, 10 for the second girl and 8 for the third. The reason I say this is because of the waist measurements. They are going to need alterations on the tops. Let me know what you think?
