1st time buying online

Hi, I have never buy clothes online, I haven't decide yet to do it so with my wedding gown because I am very afraid of comments I have read in other forums about their experiences about not getting the right dress, or it's dirty or just they never got it.

How could I know for sure or protect myself to get what I payed for and on time.

Considering that if I do get my bridal gown I may have to get it the latest the 1st week of may

Have you guys gone trought good or bad experiences??
