Jordan Bridesmaid dresses

Could you advise me of which sizes to order for my 2 bridesmaids. The sizes are:
Bust 34", Waist 26, Hips 32.5
Bust 43.5, Waist 36.5 (43 at the widest part), Hips 44

Would it be possible to get a swatch of Jordan dress 127 colour Teal please?
Could you advise what the back of the dress looks like i.e. is it zip or lace up?
what would the postage be to Scotland for the 2 dresses?

I would recommend the 4 and the 18. Shipping will be around $130. I belive the dress is a zip up. Jordan does not make many lace ups.
