Our shoe designers are focused on the dyeable bridal and prom markets. They realize that dyeing shoes can cause the tiniest bit of shrinkage, so they factor that in when they size the shoes. In our personal wearing experience, as well as the experience of literally hundreds of our brides, we find that our designers' sizing runs very true in relation to NineWest, Keds and Cole Haan. If you happen to be one of the unlucky few who really does fall in between sizes, we suggest going with the larger size. You can always add toe or heel pads, but you don't want your feet hurting on your wedding day! We do recommend that you go up a half-size in any open-back or sandal style.
To measure your foot, place a piece of paper on a hard floor - carpet won't work properly. Draw a line at the end of your tallest toe and another at the back of your heel. Try to hold the pen as straight up and down as possible. Measure the distance between the two lines. This is your "Toe to Heel" Measurements. It's wise to measure both of your feet as one is often a bit larger. Then get the size that fits the larger foot. The size charts below are based on industry standard sizing and are American sizes.
One designer might vary a little from another -- always check the designer's web site for *Their Sizing*.
